  • Vehicle Inspections & CPA Compliance: All vehicles undergo a pre-sale inspection. However, depending on the year model, mileage, and specific sale conditions, certain older vehicles may be sold “as-is” within the statutory limits of the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
  • FICA & Financing: Any vehicle purchase, trade-in, or finance application is subject to mandatory compliance with the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA). We reserve the right to withhold delivery of a vehicle until full FICA verification and payment clearance are complete.

5. Hobby Division: Online E-Shop & E-Commerce Terms

  • Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display scale models, RC vehicles, and hobby accessories as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in manufacturer packaging, color, or specifications may occur.
  • Order Acceptance: An online order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is only confirmed once full payment has been received and cleared in our South African bank account or via our approved payment gateway.
  • Shipping & Risk: Risk of loss or damage to goods transfers to you upon verified delivery by our courier partners or upon showroom collection.
  • Returns & Cooling-Off Period: In line with the CPA and ECTA, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery to return unopened, unused hobby items in their original packaging. Please refer to our Delivery & Returns Policy for full instructions and defect reporting procedures.
